Riverfest committee announces raffle winners
Cottonwood County Citizen Online - The 2006 Riverfest raffle wrapped up Sunday afternoon with a total of 53 prize winners. Little Miss Riverfest Erin Benz won the top prize, a Toro self-propelled walk mower valued at $529. The mower was donated by the Toro Company of Windom. Jackie
